This policy explains how information is handled on babepleaseme.com (the “Site”). Babe Please Me is operated by Fulfillment Depot LLC (“we”, “us”). The Site presents a brand that is preparing for launch. It does not sell products or take orders. Please also read our Terms of Use.

Information you send us

If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional company or website, and message you enter. Our website also records the date and time of the submission, the page it was sent from and whether it was sent from a desktop or mobile device. We do not store your IP address or browser details with form submissions. The form contains a hidden field that helps us detect automated spam.

How we use it

We use this information only to read and reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of our business correspondence.

Where it is kept

Each submission is sent by email to Fulfillment Depot LLC’s business mailbox and saved in our website’s database on our web hosting server. We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed for our business. Form records on the Site are set to be anonymized automatically after four years, and we may delete them sooner.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with others except the providers that host our website and email, or where the law requires us to.

Cookies and browser storage

When you confirm that you are 18 or older at our entry screen, the Site sets one cookie named bpm_age_ok. It stores only the value “1”, lasts 30 days and is used only so that you are not asked to confirm your age again on every page. It is not used for tracking or advertising. If you choose “Under 18 — Exit”, no cookie is set. If you log in to manage the website, WordPress sets its own login cookies; ordinary visitors do not log in.

The Site does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server, and the Site does not load content from other websites for visitors. Like most websites, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs of requests (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and operation.

Adults only

The Site is intended for adults aged 18 and over, or the age of majority where they live if that is higher. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices

You can delete the age-confirmation cookie at any time in your browser settings. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have sent us by using our contact form. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Changes

We will update this policy when the Site changes, for example when our online store launches. The date at the top shows the latest version.
